Good Stay in Central Location

attentive staff convenient location maintained grounds arranged transportation
The staff greeted me warmly and remained attentive. I found the location convenient near many restaurants and shops. The grounds were immaculately maintained. I particularly appreciated the hotel's assistance in arranging transportation to local attractions.
The in-room safe was a bit small for larger electronic devices, such as tablets.

Breakfast included a wide array of choices. The menu changed daily with added options. I also noticed the staff accommodated special requests with a smile and efficiency.

The two swimming pools offered ample space. Plenty of loungers were available around the pool area for relaxation. I also saw that the spa provided diverse treatments.

poor soundproofing awkward question
My stay started well, but a couple of things bothered me. the soundproofing was bad. I heard everything. rain, birds, other guests. it was hard to sleep well. also, i felt the staff repeatedly asked if i was "just one pax" (whatever that means) in a way. it felt awkward. i wouldn't book again.
